Clevenger Home Inspection currently offers the inspection types listed below. I will soon be adding Radon, Septic/Well, and Termite Inspections.
Buyer / Pre-Purchase Inspection
A Buyer Inspection is a thorough home inspection of the property that you are looking to purchase. This is performed after you have made an offer, and before closing. The Benefits of this inspection help to make the buyer aware of any problems, upcoming repairs, and safety issues with the house.
Move In Certified Inspection
(Seller/Pre-Listing Inspection)
What is Move In Certified?
-MoveInCertified homes have been pre-inspected by InterNACHI certified inspectors and the sellers confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement and no known safety hazards.
- A Move In Certified Inspection, takes place before, or while the property is put on the market. The benefits of this inspection help to create a marketing tool that can be used during the process of selling a home. Also, sellers may opt for an inspection prior to placing the home on the market to better understand the findings and conditions the buyer's inspector may point out. This provides an opportunity to make repairs that will put the house in better selling condition.
A re-inspection of the sellers repairs to make sure they were done is available for $50.00.
Additional reports are available for the seller to pass on to potential buyers.
Move In Certified Inspections also come with a sign for the yard to advertise to potential buyers that your home is "Move In Certified!"
